Well, just recently I came across a very handy FREE tool that allows you to shed some light on this particular mini mystery.
WhatWordPressThemeIsThat allows you to simply enter in the name of a WordPress blog or website, and it will tell you the name of the WordPress theme used on the site! It can also show you what plugins are being used if there are some specific “bells and whistles” that have caught your eye.
This can be very helpful if you come across a blog or website with a nice layout or extra features, because it takes the guesswork of out of trying to figure out what theme or plugins are being used. Plus it saves you the hassle of having to email the site owner to find out. It’s just a great way to find out how others make their blogs and websites look amazing, yet in a subtle way.
