We are selective about who we work with. We don’t work with just anyone. If you aren’t a successful speaker, coach or consultant or don’t fit with our core services, then you should probably look for a different VA team. However, if you do work in one of those industries, are serious about growing your business and willing to make the financial investment in the best team of virtual administrative and marketing support specialists out there, we’re the team for you. We are interested in building relationships. At BizEase, we believe we can serve our clients better when working in an ongoing, collaborative relationship. We choose to work only with speakers and coaches who understand and appreciate the value we bring to them and are willing to pay a fair price for it. Terms and Conditions
- Reimbursable expenses (i.e. postage, and client specific supplies) will be itemized.
- Rush or emergency jobs may be subject to an additional charge.
- Charges for printing costs through an outside printer are billed in advance.
- Invoices are payable upon receipt.
- Retainers require a contract agreement, are based on a minimum of three (3) months and billed monthly in advance.
- Unused retainer hours do not roll over to the next month.
- There is a $30 service fee on all returned checks.
- Rates & Terms are subject to change.
