Meet BizEase’s President, Terry Green
In 1991, long before the Internet was familiar to everyone, Terry L. Green launched what would become one of the most well-known and respected online support service businesses in the US. Fastype VA Services is the original business and BizEase Support Solutions is a division of the business.
Before becoming an S-Corporation in 2006, Terry, first opened her business as a sole proprietor, with a secretarial business serving local clients in Central Ohio. The services offered included “secretarial work, clerical services, resume preparation, address label management,” and the original company, named Fastype, boasted “word processing, desktop publishing, fax and laser printing capabilities.”

BizEase Support Solutions (a division of Fastype VA Services, Inc.) has come a long way since then, thanks mostly to tremendous advances in technology that took place during the time in which Terry was in business. The Internet opened up endless possibilities for BizEase and Terry soon discovered that there were many women across the world providing “remote” secretarial services just as she was. In 2004, Terry broadened the scope of BizEase by becoming a Virtual Assistant and found herself part of an exciting new industry that would bring her secretarial business to a whole new level.
Today BizEase Support Solutions operates as a multi-VA company with Terry, backed by a strong team of qualified specialists – all online support specialists – providing services tailored to professional speakers and coaches worldwide. It’s been a long time since BizEase’s client base was limited to Central Ohio and Terry’s clients now span the globe from the United States and Canada to New Zealand, Antigua, Singapore, Sweden, Ireland and many points in between.

BizEase Support Solution’s services primarily focus on online marketing implementation and support for speakers and coaches. Some of these marketing assistance services include shopping cart management, custom WordPress Blogs and WishList membership sites, InfusionSoft set-up and support, ezine and blog submission and design and formatting of ebooks.
Terry’s 30 years of experience in administrative support and her strong passion for customer service have contributed to her being one of the most respected online business support specialists in the industry. Currently serving on the Board of Directors of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) as the Director of Member Benefits, this industry leader is also VACertified and a certified Master Virtual Assistant.
When Terry isn’t behind her impeccably organized desk, she can be found spending time with her husband Jim (who is also a member of the team), one of her three children and/or her granddaughter. Terry has a great appreciation for good food and drink and enjoys nothing more than a rare steak and a juicy lobster tail followed by an ice cold beer.
